4.Will I get a confirmation for my orders?

Answer:

Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after you submitted your order.


5.Am I being charged for deliveries?

Answer:

Currently, we just changed our deliveries and shipping rates.


6.How do I cancel an order?

Answer:

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us WhatsApp or e-mail as soon as possible. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once it is on deliveries.


7.Can you send my order to another recipient?

Answer:

Yes, we can. But it is your responsibility to let the recipient know a package is coming.


8. What if I received the wrong items that I did not order?

Answer:

If you received the wrong item(s) that you did not order do not open the original package(s). Your correct selection will be delivered when we get the item unopened. opened item cannot be returned.


9.What if there is a damaged item(s) in the package?

Answer:

In such a case, please contact our customer support. Depending on your choice, we can either send a replacement item if the item is in stock or issue a refund for paid shipping items.


10.How do I find out the shipping/ deliveries charges?

Answer:

Check-out process, you will be presented the shipping and handling charges for various services calculated depending on your location and the shipping weight and order total.


11.Do I have to necessarily register to shop on A2Z City Mall ?

Answer:

 

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.


12. Can I add more than one deliveries address in an account?

Answer:

Yes, you can add multiple deliveries addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
